How to brush your teeth.
You should brush your teeth well 2 to 3 times after eating and before going to bed in order to protect them from the formation of plaque and food residues so that tooth decay or a change in mouth odour does not occur.
The teeth are washed as follows:
1- The toothbrush is placed at an angle of 45 degrees to the gums.
2- Put a small amount of paste on the brush.
